A mechanical drafter and coordinator with 18 years as a union steamfitter and experience across commercial, healthcare, education, pharmaceutical/lab, housing, and government work. I’ve worked in the field, with coordination teams and in PM conversations—site planning, trade coordination, and install sequencing—so I understand what needs to be answered before a crew ever starts setting pipe.

My focus is simple: produce AutoCAD/Revit models and drawings that hold up in the field. That means planning for access and service space, anticipating the order things have to go in, and calling out the details that prevent “looks good in the model” from becoming “we can’t install it” on site. The goal is fewer RFIs, less rework, and installs that move with fewer surprises.
